Hello! On this occasion, allow me to introduce myself. I prefer to be called Fer. I’m originally from San Luis Potosí, and I hold a degree in Communication from UASLP, along with a Master’s degree in Event Organization and Protocol from ESERP Barcelona.
I recently completed a specialization in Destination Weddings, as I truly believe in continuous professional development.
I have 10 years of experience in the world of romance. I had the opportunity to start my career in weddings and events at Xcaret Park, where I worked for two and a half years, meeting wonderful people and organizing incredible celebrations. Later, I was part of SOS Wedding Planners for four and a half years, where I expanded my experience creating events throughout the Riviera Maya and the Yucatán Peninsula.
Currently, I am part of Castle Weddings and Events, a company I co-founded with my partner, Gaby Choel. Together, we have been part of many beautiful stories and have created unforgettable celebrations.
Fun facts about me: I am married and have two daughters, Lúa and María Paula. I love dogs. I had two: Maki (a Scottish Terrier) and Moh (a Shih Tzu), but Moh has sadly crossed the rainbow bridge. I love accessories, gummy candies, and potato chips with chili. My hobbies include spinning, love stories, and of course… weddings.

Hello! I would like to take this opportunity for you to get to know me a little better. My name is Gaby Choel and I am originally from Tapachula, Chiapas. I hold a degree in International Tourism and Hotel Business Administration with a concentration in Events from Universidad Valle de México and Kendall College in Chicago.
During my time in Chicago, I gained valuable knowledge and experience in organizing different types of events. Later, life brought me to the Riviera Maya, where I completed a diploma in Wedding Planning and Organization. That is where I fell in love with the romance industry and had the opportunity to collaborate with different companies for several years, learning from some of the best professionals in the field.
Today I have more than 10 years of experience in the destination wedding and events industry, helping many couples bring their dream weddings to life.
Along the way, I met Fer, my partner. From the beginning we had great chemistry working together, and after successfully coordinating several weddings as a team, we decided to create something of our own — a company where we could guide couples and their families in a very special way to create something truly magical. That is how Castle Weddings and Events was born.
I consider myself a cheerful, smiling, and hardworking person. I love dancing, watching movies, traveling, and above all spending time with my family.
