- Negotiation of rates for the host hotel(s).
- Planning, organization and coordination of the event(s).
- Search for certified suppliers in the area, guidance in their selection and contracting.
- Negotiations with vendors and hotels.
- Necessary inspection visits during the planning and operation of the program and services of the vendors planning site inspections.
- Advice on the personalized design of the event (flowers, style, colors, design).
- We will assist you with the menu tasting and selection of centerpieces and decorations.
- Follow-up and communication of the wedding through emails, zooms, whatsapp and/or phone.
- Assistance in booking transportation services.
- Personalized attention during the planning and operation of the event.
- Creation and execution of a program minute by minute.
- Creation of a wedding layout.
- Assistance with payments and deposits.
Operation:
- Coordination on the day of the event with a lead coordinator + co-coordinator + assistants.
- Coordination of the logistics and checklist of the services of each vendor.
- Assistance during the days that the couple will be in the selected destination, from their arrival until their return to their city of origin.
- Full coverage the day of the event until the of the event.
- Coordination of set up and dismantling.
- Coordination of logistics in case there is a plan B.
